Supporter rate
Paying it forward.
- For those in a financial position to pay more.
- Supports the heavily subsidised spaces I offer to people who would not otherwise be able to access any therapy. I prioritise these for trans people of colour on low/no income.
- Enables me to provide discounted LGBTQIA+ awareness training and consultation to voluntary sector mental health organisations who might not otherwise be able to afford my usual rates.
- Reviewed annually.

Different length sessions available costed on a pro rata basis.
ie 1.5hr session at standard rate = £105, 30min session at reduced rate = £32.50 etc

Practical information
Cancellation Policy
For any sessions not turned up to, postponed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a full charge is payable. A session can be switched from in-person to online with less than 24 hours notice hours notice with no additional fees.
Pro bono/discounted work
I always have several heavily subsidised individual therapy slots available, prioritised for trans people of colour on low/no income. When I am able to, I have also had one monthly supervision slot available for a charitable organisation who may not have the funds to pay for my services. For one-off pieces of teaching and training I may be able to offer discounts to my lowest sliding scale if your budget does not allow. I am a queer disabled person and this work is my main income so please also respect how I value my time whilst still trying to make my service as accessible as I can to those who may need it.
Administration fees
I do not charge individual clients extra for any reports or letters required.
Invoicing & receipts
Sessions are payable within 24 hours of our session taking place. I don’t automatically send you an invoice or receipt but I can do so on request.
Payment methods
For those self-paying, sessions are payable within 24 hours of the sessions taking place, either by cash or bank transfer (BACS). If another individual is paying for you, we can discuss the practicalities of this at initial assessment, though it will usually be your responsibility to inform them of when they need to pay me. If an organisation is paying for you, I can invoice them directly.
Changes to fees
My session rates are reviewed annually. I give clients 2 months notice of any changes.
